​I'm an Applied Economist specialized in Environmental and Development Economics. ​I work on climate and energy policy, environmental risk, and climate-resilient development. Visit my google scholar profile here

I'm an Assistant Professor of climate policy in the department of health policy & organization at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Visiting Fellow at Grantham, LSE. My other affiliations include Non-resident Fellow with the Centre for Development Economics and Sustainability (CDES) at Monash University, and Research Associate with the Centre for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis (CAMA), Australian National University.
